The program consist of restorative stretches for the nursing mothers, and a full on 45 minutes fun functional movements workout that will get your sweats on.
Babies from 3 months up are welcome, mothers can choose to wear their babies with a structured carrier to intensify the workout.
Bump class is a safe workout class for the healthy and active prenatal mums.
The 60 minutes session consist of sharing session, kegels, pregnancy restorative stretches, light resistant with functional training as our based workout.
12th weeks expectant mothers and up, with a green light from their doctors to workout can join the class.

Anti is a proud mom of 7 y.o son and 2 y.o daughter. Believes that an early introduction to fitness and healthy lifestyle is fundamental for her family. She is proactive and energetic individual who is passionate about prenatal and postnatal well-being .
When she gave birth to her daughter Naya in 2015, she suffered postpartum depression. She refused to take medication for her condition, and found cured through fitness instead.
So in 2016, she created Fit Mum and Bub, as a platform for her to share the knowledge and help her fellow mums. With Crossfit as her background knowledge, she is inspired to spread the knowledge on the importance of good health throughout pregnancy and after.
